Sample collection and handling
To extract and handle samples, we employ highly trained specialists, prepared to treat patients with care, especially those with vulnerable conditions such as infants, children, and the elderly. The materials used are of the highest quality, and we adhere to a policy of strict compliance with good laboratory practices.
We ensure traceability of results and patient confidentiality by identifying samples at the time of collection with barcode labels generated by our laboratory system and used throughout the analysis process.
If the patient prefers not to come to our facilities for convenience or necessity, we have partner companies specializing in home transport and sample collection, both in Caracas and other cities across the country.

Our opening hours:
• Monday to Friday from 7:30 am to 4:30 pm. Sampling is done between 7:30 am and 3:30 pm.
• Saturday from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm. Sampling is done between 8:00 am and 3:00 pm.

We have a broad portfolio of tests. We specialize in immunological, special, and molecular biology tests, routine examinations, general profiles, hemostasis, and thrombosis. When requesting the service, each patient indicates how they would like to receive their results. For your convenience, we can send them to a personal email address, to your treating physician's email address, or, if you prefer, you can pick up printed results at our facilities.
All of our patients' results are treated with strict confidentiality, using a barcode system that guarantees traceability at every step of the process, from sample collection to results analysis.
Each exam has a specific analysis time, so we recommend consulting with customer service personnel who will inform you of the date you can pick up your results or receive them in your email inbox.
We operate under strict quality controls; our Quality Management System is certified under ISO 9001:2015. Furthermore, our technical staff works with top-brand reagents and supplies, applying rigorous controls to procedures and evaluating results. Therefore, we are more than just a result, we are trust.
